About Us

As a child raised within the United States Air Force, moving around was part of my life until we settled at Luke Air Force Base. I then attended ASU, got married, and became a father and a professional home inspector. After 17 Years and over 7,000 inspections… and counting… You could say I’ve learned a bit! 

While I attended a great school, got all the licensing and affiliations I needed, and headed off into this business many years ago, I can say now that I’ve learned so much more since! 

That education is something you can bank on. 

I pay attention to detail! Throughout the past 25 some odd years I’ve also been involved with building, renovation, and property management and maintenance. I learned 1st hand where the pitfalls of misinformation can take you. I am dedicated to ensuring that my clients have the best information possible so they can avoid many issues and purchase their home or investment property with peace of mind.

Our Story

My family and I,  Mike Denninger, live near downtown Phoenix. My wife, Tiffany, and I have 3 children.  We keep our lives “entertained” with those 3, let alone our dogs, beautiful Koi pond, and love of traveling!
