About Us

As a child raised within the United States Air Force, moving around was part of my life until we settled at Luke Air force Base. I then attended ASU, got married and became a father and professional home inspector. After 15 Years and over 4,500 inspections… and counting… you could say I’ve learned a bit! 

While I attended a great school, got all the licensing and affiliations I needed and headed off into this business that many years ago, I can say now – I’ve learned so much more since! That education is something you can bank on. 

I pay attention to detail! Throughout the past 20 some odd years I’ve also been involved with building, renovation and property management and maintenance. I learned 1st hand where the pitfalls of misinformation can take you. I am dedicated to making sure my clients have the best information possible so that they can avoid as many of these as possible and buy their home or investment property with peace of mind.

Our Story

My family and I live near downtown Phoenix. My wife, Tiffany, and I have 3 children.  We keep our lives “entertained” with those 3, let alone our Granny dogs, beautiful Koi pond and love of traveling!
